A quick gut check

Is your tech helping, or just hanging on?

  • Is your sound check longer than the actual event?
  • Does the stream freeze right when the speaker gets to the good part?
  • Is there one volunteer who knows "the trick," and they're on vacation?
  • Is your lighting console's favorite scene named "FINAL_v3_real"?
  • Does the feedback get more reactions than the band?
  • Is gaff tape load-bearing anywhere in your building?

Laughed at more than one? We should talk.

The best production is the kind nobody notices. Nobody remembers the mixer, the lights or the stream. They remember the moment.

Engineers, not salespeople

The people who design your system have mixed shows, run streams and trained volunteers.

Our own install crews

The team that designed it is the team that builds it, and stays accountable for it.

Documented and trained

Labeled racks, drawings and training left behind so your team can run it without us.

The plan

One team. Four phases. One number to call.

01 / 04
01 — Consult

We walk your room.

We visit, listen to your goals and evaluate the space. You get a written plan with real scope and honest budget ranges.

02 — Design

We model it first.

Speaker coverage, lighting plots and signal flow are designed and drawn before a single piece of gear is ordered.

03 — Build

We build and tune it.

Racks are pre-built and tested in our shop. On site we rig, cable, commission and tune in your actual room.

04 — Train

We hand you the keys.

Your staff and volunteers get hands-on training and documentation, and we stay a phone call away.

Before and after

Same room. Different night.

BeforeAfter
⟷
Multi-purpose worship centerLine array, LED wall, stage lighting and a streaming booth in an existing room.
The back row hears what the front row hears.

Coverage is modeled and tuned, not guessed.

A new volunteer can run it after one training.

Simple presets and clear labels.

The stream goes live without anyone holding their breath.

Redundant encoding and a tested path.

Capabilities

Designed as one system,
not a list of parts.

Common questions

Answers before the first call.

What does a project cost?
We work with every size of budget, from a one-day system tune-up to a full building. After a walkthrough we put honest ranges in writing before you commit to anything.
Can you use the gear we already have?
Wherever it still fits the design. Part of our evaluation is telling you what to keep, what to repurpose and what's holding the room back.
Do you only do installs?
No. We also provide full crews and equipment for live events, run broadcast-quality live streams, and deliver design drawings for projects other contractors will build.
How long does an install take?
Most room upgrades are installed in one to three weeks once equipment arrives. We schedule around your events so you never miss a service or show.
What happens after the install?
We don't disappear. Your team gets training and documentation, and you get a real person to call when something comes up.
